WoL - Wake on LAN feature for Cubi 5 12M, can't get it to work?

Can anyone confirm if the WakeOnLAN feature is functional on Cubi 5 12M on the 2.5GbE LAN port?

I have tried factory resetting the BIOS, updating to BIOS 860 and now v880, I have played around with ErP Ready (set to "Disabled") as well as Restore after AC Power Loss ("On") and Fast Boot ("Disabled")

No matter what, I can't get the unit to power up from sending it wake-on-LAN packets via the local segment. A nearby Intel NUC 11 works fine.

1.Please modify "ErP resdy" to disable in BIOS setup.
Note: Just modify this item in BIOS setup in Cubi 5 12M.

Thank you but I have already set ErP to Disabled. I do not use Windows OS, on this PC I have Debian installed + Proxmox.
