Wrong monitor detected by Gaming Intelligence - applied wrong firmware

Hello,

I tried to update the firmware of my monitor, which I received today. I carefully followed the instructions in the MSI Gaming Intelligence software to do so.
The software indicated that the target device was the MPG 272URX QD-OLED. So I downloaded the FW.021 firmware for that model and ran the update.
The update was reported as completed successfully. However, since then, my monitor no longer works properly and displays a repeating loop of colors: green, then black, then blue, then red, then white.
But the thing is, my monitor is not actually the model indicated by MSI Gaming Intelligence!!
I can still use the software to update with the MPG 272URX QD-OLED firmware, but it's impossible to apply firmware for my actual model, which is the MPG 271QRX QD-OLED. In fact, I was never able to apply the correct firmware even if I had wanted to.

So I ended up applying the wrong firmware by following the software's instructions.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue and found a solution?

I found a solution if it can help anyone, Gaming Inteligence was still detecting my monitor and let me flash another firmware.
I've downloaded all available firmware for the 271 QRX, all of them were rejected by Gaming Intelligence as "wrong FW" for my monitor except this one: MSI_MPG_271QRX_QD_FW.109_BF04.bin

Still a shame gaming intelligence can't be trusted. My monitor is still wrongly identified
