I purchased this product on Amazon on november 8 2024 and one week ago it shut off completely. I could not believe that a new expensive MSI product could just stop working so soon out of nowhere. I just found out that inside of this pc there is a 500W 80 PLUS Bronze PSU. I was utterly shocked and in disbelief. The computer comes with an RTX 4070 super and intel core i7. It is common knowledge that for those you need at least a PSU of 750 wattage. With a 500 Wattage PSU of course the computer wil stop working and in the long run it can cause damage to the parts. This is MSI PSU recommended table : https://www.msi.com/blog/recommended-psu-table
After i talked about this with MSI center they completely disregard all of my arguments and they insist that there is no problem with a 500 W power supply specifications.
I have to clarify that when i purchased the product i was not aware of the PSU because it was not listed on Amazon page and i blindly trusted MSI . I would have never purchased it knowing this information.
Now my Desktop PC it is at the repair center in Tokyo but what is the use of fixing a PSU that will break again and will burn my computer ?
I want to bring into awareness to whomever reads this and warn people ! This Build was set up for failure. I lost a huge amount of money ( 341000) that i will never get back anymore and MSI does not care. I will try to spread this information about this specific product everywhere i can so i can prevent this from happening to anyone else.
