Hi community.
My USB3 port has recently stopped working and I am starting to think some other core drivers are diminishing, considering it is an old board. Can i get some guidance in how to get the port working again?
Thanks.

Front or rear USB3 ports or both don't work?
Try the latest AMD chipset driver v3.09.01.140 first. And then install every available Windows Update.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. It's the rear usb3, next to the type C. Every other port works fine. I've tried updating bios from MSI and have downloaded AMDs software multiple times. It has been out of order for a while and every now and then I try to get it going but now I am keen to accomplish something with it. When I plug a USB in, it notices the power and flashes as if it's in a working port. Any other clues?

About your case I will suggest some measures and you try there. OK?
1- What is the BIOS version? If it is out of date, update to a newer one that is not a Beta version;
2- Turn off the power source, remove the power cables attached to the mainboard and then wait for 5 to 10 minutes. Reconnect everything and try connecting;
3- If so far it hasn't worked, reset the BIOS and redo the settings.
4- Tested all this, if it's still under warranty, do the RMA.

Hope this helps.
