Hi,

I have a problem with the BIOS of my X470 GAMING PLUS MAX.
As soon as I activate UEFI mode in "BIOS CSM/UEFI" and reboot, I have the display of the side panels which becomes hatched
I have my C: drive in GPT.
If I go back to CSM the display returns to normal.

Do you know how to solve this trouble?
Proc : AMD Ryzen 5 3600XT
GPU : 6700XT Gigabyte Eagle

Have you done clear CMOS yet?
When you're in the broken BIOS screen, can you still move cursor or PC simply hangs?

CMOS done.
As I've said, if I go back to CSM mode The display as normal.
When the BIOS screen is broken, I can move the cursor, no trouble, just the display is hatched.
If I move the cursor on the left (or right) side panel the image appears. And when I move to a line it becomes hatched again.

I've tried with one other monitor and other cable and connection. It's the same trouble with DP or HDMI.
Can you use M-flash to reflash the BIOS just spam F5 at power on to enter M-Flash and reflash the bios it is 50/50 you got a bad bios update

Ye sounds like it may be a hardware fault then
You could try to roll back to previous bios and see if that works or not

Bios Version 1.2.0.3 or 1.2.0.6 will work OK the one before 1.2.0.7 bios you're using now (Do not use 1.2.0.5) it is a bit glitchy on some builds

I will contact the support of Gigabyte because it seems appear since I have changed my graphic card to 6700 XT Eagle.
When I've change card (from MSI 1060 Armor OC) I have activated the resizable Bar and it's at this moment I've detected the trouble.

Ah, I see yes for some reason MSI and Gigabyte seem to conflict sometimes with Hardware.

Have you tried the 1060 GPU again?
