Due to a dead sound chip I'm moving everything from a B450 Carbon AC to a X570-a Pro.

5800x3d and Corsair 3600 kit have been totally stable for years.
Same PSU, same MSI 3080, same everything.
Latest non Beta bios ( have also tried latest beta and first BIOS supporting 5800x3d )
Changed BIOS battery.

Cold boot 100% every time, passes stress test, happy day all day.
A reboot however and we get a red CPU EZ Debug light - even saving settings in BIOS will do this, OS doesn't need to boot.

I have been down every rabbit hole with various AI suggestions and Google searches, every single voltage (SOC, CDDG, DRAM...), gear down, ProcODT, Memory Fast boot.

This happens with a 3600 kit XMP, or a 3000 kit XMP. Single or dual DIMM. A2 and B2. Only doesn't happen at default 2166.

I am at this point just tempted to live with it, holding reset for 3 seconds is not the end of the world, but it's just maddening that I can't work this out.

What memory kit are you using? Could you post the SKU (that long line of numbers and letters that doesn't mean anything at fist sight)? Does the new support page of board show the memory kit as compatible?
