X670E Carbon wifi USB Problems

Hi.
My specs are MSI MPG X670E CARBON WIFI#AMD Ryzen 9 7900X#NZXT Z63#32GB Kingston Fury Renegade Silver RGB 6000MHz CL32#Palit RTX3080 GamingPro OC .The mobo is with the latest BIOS from 27.09.22.I dont have a problem with the RAM,its working fine at EXPO 6000mhz,cl32.I have another issue though:every 1 of 3 boots the mouse and the AIO cooler are not detected.After a hard reboot of the pc everything is working fine untill the next 2-3 boots.I think its a usb ports issue and im sure its because of the very early days of BIOS development,so im eager for new BIOS versions.

May well be as AMD did have USB problems with the 500 series chipset that took a while to sort out but that was interment drop out, not no USB devices workign on Boot.

Go in to BIOS and make sure that USB Legacy and and USB Hand off are both enabled.

ERP to Disabled

and in Wake Events enable Wake or Resum by USB
