MSI MAG Tomahawk wifi X670E
("AMD Ryzen 9000 desktop ready")
CPU: 9700x
RAM: T-Force Delta DDR5 6000MHz 2x16GB
Power Supply: RM850x
The most hopeful screen I have seen is the processor being listed and having "delete" listed as what to press for the BIOS. There it will go to a black screen before I can read everything. I have had it freeze up on the screen. Right now the green trouble shooting led is on.
The motherboard has a "bios flash button" but no port marked for it. But I try the top port nearest the button and wait 20 minutes. No change. There is no visible red led. I try a bottom port and I see a red led. It's activity duration last seconds. No change.
I have checked the RAM positions. The 2nd and 4th slot going away from the processor.
I have tried just the 2nd slot.
I have re-seated both RAM modules.
I have re-seated the cpu.
I shall check my wiring again.
Are there any trouble shooting steps I can take?
All I have are the 4 fault code LEDs. Three of them will come on momentarily during boot up.
