X670p pro latest bios input lag

Hello to everyone!

I'm noob for the matter of bios stuff etc., but I've noticed that on the latest version available for bios v1.O2 there is significant input lag, concretely in rocket league, oppose to v1.M9.. tested.
I'm playing games with turned off every kind of OC(ram,gpu,cpu) since I've tested it multiple times and all stock seems pretty stable and most responsive compared to OC settings.

Anyone knows to explain me why?

I haven't tried other games. Rocket league is basically the only one I'm playing on the last 2 years. P.s. i don't know if it's the matter of cpu, but since I've bought pc (2 years ago) i just cannot make cpu work with cbs and pbo. Cbs is causing BSOD all the time. I'm assuming the cpu cannot stand it ..

The specs are:
Board - msi x670-P pro Wi-Fi
Gpu - RTX 4070 ti Palit Jetstream
CPU - amd Ryzen 5 7600x
RAM - lexar ares 6400 cl 28 (using it stock, without expo, so the speed is 5200mhz)
Ssd nvme spectrix g20 1tb
Aio Arctic liquid freezer II 240mm
