X870E Godlike Error 00 and firmware monitor not working

I have an issue where my LCD is showing error 00 and the hardware monitor setting for the LCD just shows 0 for every value. This happened after I particularly bad storm where I just unplugged my PSU due to fear of power surges (I'm sure my surge protection would have been fine but I'm not taking chances since I lost my job since I built this thing). The computer POSTs fine and runs fine. So far I have tried unplugging power and holding the front power button for 30 seconds, clearing CMOS with the clear CMOS button, updating all firmware, using the dynamic dashboard recovery tool, flashing BIOS to the latest version, uninstalling and reinstalling MSI Center, Dynamic Dashboard and Mystic Lighting. Any other advice?

Please update DYNAMIC DASHBOARD's firmware according to the Manual: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/MEG-X870E-GODLIKE/support#firmware
Make sure update MSI Center and DYNAMIC DASHBOARD (Feature sets) to latest version before updating firmware with Firmware and Recovery Tool.
The latest version of MSI Center is v. 2.0.72.0, please uninstall older version with Clean Center Master before installing the latest version of MSI Center.
