X870E Godlike ez link connector not working

I just bought a new X870E Godlike, the ez link connector is not working. the cable is securly connector to Bridge on motherboard and ez link connector, but the fans and ARGB aren't working. Anybody know how to fix it?

I updated to newest version, but still not working.

If you plug in the RGB device and fan directly to onboard header, would they work?

Hope it's not a bad EZ Conn-cable? do you see any damage on it?

do I need to plugin the SATA power on the hub?

I don't think so, do you see any display on the EZ bridge? And what about EZ conn cable?
