X870E Godlike, stutter/very slow

I'm having this problem where it takes the computer longer than usual to boot up to windows. And when it does, its very slow/stuttery. Its unbearable until i initiate a restart/power off/on(25% chance its gonna be slow/stuttery again). Is this a common problem with MSI motherboards in general? I just came from another brand motherboard and never had this problem until i switched over to this board. I already did a fresh clean installation of Windows 11 Pro with all drivers up to date. BIOS has been updated to the latest version 7E48v1A24.

That didn't help either. I have tried everything besides that bios Pangolin posted above but the mb has been long gone since

Hi, do you have version of this bios but for x670 carbon? i can test it, still experiencing same issue on my x670 carbon, stutters and freezing on boot...very tired of this msi unsolved problems out of box.
I will be very grateful

So far so good. I have not seen the stutter on cold boot / reboot issue, usually it's a daily occurrence or m2_1 speed negotiation/ learning issue.

Installed A31 this morning. Fixed NOTING for me. Still have the random M2_1 speed fluctuations per power cycle, and my Dynamic Dashboard III is still dropping out (with the USB windows tone).
I can safely say that this board is still a big POS that I regret ever buying.

No, I did not do the CMOS clear. Will try again tomorrow.

I "think" I got the Dynamic Dashboard fixed though. I ran the firmware update again only to notice there are two updates in it. I had failed to do the "data update" portion. Odd though as my DD3 has been working fine up until a few days ago considering I did the FW update the day of release in January. So, to anyone maybe having trouble with DD3 still, make sure to do both the updates in that one application, FW and Data.

They didn't try the new bios according to the post so not sure how much relevance it has.
Mine has been working great since the new bios no issues with the m.2
