X870E Godlike, stutter/very slow

I'm having this problem where it takes the computer longer than usual to boot up to windows. And when it does, its very slow/stuttery. Its unbearable until i initiate a restart/power off/on(25% chance its gonna be slow/stuttery again). Is this a common problem with MSI motherboards in general? I just came from another brand motherboard and never had this problem until i switched over to this board. I already did a fresh clean installation of Windows 11 Pro with all drivers up to date. BIOS has been updated to the latest version 7E48v1A24.

Spec:
X870E Godlike
9800X3D
64GB Corsair Vengeance
4080 Super FE

I "think" I got the Dynamic Dashboard fixed though. I ran the firmware update again only to notice there are two updates in it. I had failed to do the "data update" portion. Odd though as my DD3 has been working fine up until a few days ago considering I did the FW update the day of release in January. So, to anyone maybe having trouble with DD3 still, make sure to do both the updates in that one application, FW and Data.

Reset the CMOS today. Same deal with M2_1 as it randomly bounces in speeds with each power cycle. The A31 provided no fix for this.

I wish that was true with me but its been rock solid. Its updated with the latest bios as well. Bootup time is not atrocious like the Godlike. I don't get those stupid stutter/slowness at all. No complaint really. I did upgrade to an 9950x3d + rtx 5080 recently and its still runs perfect.

Probably for the same reason the Admin on this board that posted that BIOS has not answered that same question along with asking what fixes it addressed, I posted days ago. This issue is getting beyond ridiculous now. No updates here on what they are working on, no updates on the main MSI page. My first trouble ticket was sent in eight weeks ago to the day now, which is beyond a reasonable time to have an answer to address the problem.

I've read in other forums that the pcie 1.0 problem is present since the x670e chipset and its in fact an amd problem. I don't know how true this is but maybe that's why msi, and the other brands cant do anything about it.

Doubtful as other members here have replaced their boards with other brands and no longer have the issue. Also doing a Google search on it yields all MSI related issues.

yeah, ordered asrock x870e nova, hope there no msi issues, lost alot cash with this swap trick, but i have no choice almost 2y is no fix, now i can count how much is cost to own msi board, sad

I have the ASRock X870E Nova WiFi as well, still in a box unused. It was part of a 9950X3D package I purchased. I initially had intentions on selling it, but for now I am holding on to it just in case. Funny thing is I was going to initially buy the ASRock for my build and then decided to step up to the MSI Godlike. LOL, what a crap show this has been.

msi is great hardware, but poor software or QA team, will skip all msi am5 boards for my builds for now, this is really unfair to sell defective products to customers and what i should resolve(sell and buy another board) issues for my money

Its hard to say who have good or bad sw at moment, Asrock have plenty of bios related issues, Asus had similar situation before including voltages killing CPUs, and Gigabyte, I am avoiding them as plague.

so are fixed this issues, right? and what time period?
i have freezes on several carbon mb out of the box, there no version of bios fixing it, some boards is 1y-1.5y

When they say:
- AGESA PI-1.2.0.3c released.
- Security update for the Ryzen 9000 series CPU.
- It's recommended to adjust the CPU Core Voltage with AMD Overclocking mode

What does "adjust the CPU Core Voltage with AMD Overclocking mode" mean exactly?
