I bought a new computer with a MSI x99S motherboard and SSD primary drive and Window 7 installed. On every first startup I get a text display stating no boot disk found. The work around is to bring the bios up (Click BIOS 4 version E7885121 V17.22B3(HM3)  ) and exit. The boot order is correct in the settings. This happens every time I start up, I have to go into BIOS make no changes and exit which then goes to a successful OS boot. Something if fubar. OS disk is fine... Very frustration, I got to the point of just leaving it on but after a few days it crashes, so back to the bios boot nightmare. What am I missing?

I think what you bought is a whole PC. The BIOS version seems not a standard BIOS. We can't help since we don't know what did it modify in this vsrsion. I'd suggest report the issue to where you bought.
Also share the boot sequence if possible.
