Xai steelseries mouse on a GT780DX freezing at bios

Anyone managed to find a work around to stop the boot up freezing at the MSI bios page (running latest bios 1761_10C), system will only continue to boot when mouse is removed!

Thanks Svet but I have already, the answer I got was to update my bios! which you kindly helped with yesterday.
 
Aha, well then call them back and tell that there is no change and the problem is still persist

Here is the reply from MSI support: Please kkindly follow steelseries's suggestion and not to plug in mouse when trying reboot or power on the laptop

This is a terrible response considering the gt780dx advertises the steelseries on the laptop itself, I would expect all steelseries devices to work!
I personally wouldn't say removing the mouse a fix!
Come on MSI pull your finger out, people spend there hard earned cash on your products only to be advised to removed a device that dosent work!

Bad show, very unhappy end user!
 
Update on Online Customer Service Support: Dear customer, We appreciate your advise. We would put this mater into our list and see if any fix can be done.

Fingers crossed on next bios update!
