Z270 Xpower Gaming titanium - no image

my motherboard is giving error code 03 and 21, it turns on but does not display an image, even with a video card, not the image, I would like to know if you can help me with this question, to know if the problem is in the card mother or processor, because I would not want to buy the processor and the problem is the board..


If I found the electrical schematic for this board, maybe I could look the problem

You're more likely not going to get or find a schematic at all for the motherboard. MSI doesn't share that kind of information, and I've never personally seen or found one online........for any motherboard.
That being said, we probably need more information to be of any help.....
