Was running cinebench R15 and all of a sudden my screen goes black and now it wont post? I have the debug led light on next to CPU. Machine comes on, fans spin up but never posts. Below are a few things I've tried. I was overclocked to 5.0ghz and everything else was set to auto except my 2 sticks of 3200 g-skill ram was OC to 3500mhz.
Tried resetting the Cmos by removing the battery still no go.
Then tried to use the jumper method by crossing pins 2-3 on jb10 header (believe that was what it's called), still nothing.
Tried taking both ram sticks out and insert one at a time in different slots. Even tried one that I know is good.
Tried unhooking my 1tb HDD, GPU and my M.2, still same.
Tried to hook up a different (good working order) PSU to just the CPU and the main board power. Same outcome.
Pulled my CPU to see if there were bent pins, but they looked good although I did find a small hair in the socket. Removed that and still same.
One other thing I noticed is that my system fan #4 output header quit working at the same time this happened.
I'm sure I've tried other things but can't think of then right now. I dropped it off at my local shop to see if they can get it to post. Will update here if they figure it out. If you guys have any ideas I can pass on to them, please let me know.
