Yesterday I switched my PC from my old case to my new one. I didn't change or add any components. Once I tried to boot the PC my GPU did not work. I checked the EZ debug lights and first the DRAM led flashes very quickly, then the CPU one flashes very quickly and then after a while the VGA led turns on. My GPU fans spin as I boot but then stop and no image is shown on my display.

I tried reconnecting the power cables (8-pin and 24-pin) many times to the motherboard. I tried taking the GPU off and putting it back in many times. I tried putting the GPU into another system at my friend's house and it worked. I loaned his spare PSU and tried again at home but the problem persisted. I tried updating the BIOS. I tried taking the cpu out and putting it back in. I tried switching the position of the RAM sticks. Nothing worked. I am now using my integrated graphics card which thankfully works.

I suspect this is an issue with my motherboard. Maybe something related to the PCI-E lanes? I have one M.2 NVME SSD attached where I've got Windows installed so at least the PCI-E lanes aren't totally busted. Does anyone know what's wrong or what else I could try to solve this issue?

Everything is working now. I tried once again at it just worked. Maybe connecting and disconnecting the cables and the hardware did something. Who knows.
