Z370M -- No more MSI live update app? (Dragon Center / SDK won't install Win10 64bit)

Thanks for any advice or help! Did a fresh Windows 10 64bit install on a new SSD and can no longer find the MSI Live Update application that would auto-update drivers and utilities. (Was looking at downloads on my product support page) The old utility installed easily and worked as needed. But was told that I should use Dragon Center instead but cannot get it to open.

On launch, Dragon Center says "Waiting for SDK running" and then gives error message "Please make sure the MSI software service is not blocked by Anti-Virus, Firewall or other applications." No other options or menu items work except to exit. I only use generic Windows Defender which usually asks before blocking a program. And under services in the taskmanager, the MSI apps do not seem blocked.

Any suggestions? Or does anyone have a download link for the old LIVE UPDATE program that worked for me before?

Thanks!

Got it, thanks

Have you checked in Windows Defender, Protection history?
