I built a PC for my son we managed to get it all working and also loaded windows 10. But then we inserted a new graphics card (Asus Geoforce GTX 1660 super) and a Bluetooth/wireless card since then on startup it keeps going into BIOS. Then i thought i may need to repair the install so tried to re-install windows, but now it says it cant find any drives, how can i resolve this issue?

Please help!

First thing I would do: check if drives are recognized by BIOS, if not check sata connection.

when i fist built it all up and no Graphics card was installed it worked perfectly fine and managed to load windows and everything... soon as i added in the graphics card then that swhen it all started to go wrong. I even took the card back out and booted it up still no-joy and now it cant find my NVMe SSD. I followed all the steps that i could find on YouTube still no good.

I am trying to find the latest flash bios for this board and i cant find that either and msi website is not good as it just about works...

Please help!

Before you do anything clear CMOS and check if after that it is visible in BIOS.

Thank you for getting back to me, I have tried this and still no joy unfortunately.

i don't have jumpers to do this, so I had to take the battery out start the PC and then turn it off and then put the battery back in. But still it's not finding my m.2 drive.

I managed to get windows loaded first time round and all was working, not sure what has gone wrong I even took out the graphics card and the wifi/Bluetooth card, but still, no joy keeps going into the bios, is there anything else I can do?

Thank you for your help I'd removed everything that had been added but still the same result.

In the end, I returned the NVMe SSD and got a new one and now everything seems to be working as expected, with all cards inserted back into the motherboard.
Thank you all for your help.
