I have the MSI Z490 Unify. I was checking Device Manager and noticed I had had a few issues showing up.

To start, I saw (3) yellow bangs next to the Intel(R) Serial IO I2C Host Controllers. I reinstalled the Intel Chipset drivers for my motherboard but that did nothing. Not sure how to fix these. (see screenshot)

Next, I noticed that another device, an Intel Ethernet Connection I219-V was showing on my machine. I specifically purchased this motherboard to get away from Intel based network adapters as this motherboard has the Realtek PCI-e 2.5GBe Family Controller ethernet adapter. I tried to remove the Intel Ethernet Connection I219-V device from Device Manager but it kept coming back. (see screenshot)

Any advice on the 2 issues above?

can you right click them and update Driver - Let me pick from a list of drivers on my Computer and choose another one (may be upto 3 or 4 and go through them 1 by 1 till it goes away) and see if it goes away as it may have defaulted to older drivers that are not compatible with windows 10?

I did try that but it never updated.

I went into BIOS and disabled Wi-Fi and Bluetooth as I do not use them and then booted into Windows again. Both the Intel Ethernet Connection I219-V and 3 Intel(R) Serial IO I2C Host Controllers went away in Device Manager.
