1. Fixed Corsair K60 & Corsair K90 gaming keyboard,A4tech 7100 wireless combo keyboard and PRO Mechanical keyboard .
2. Fix hang at B2 with Intel Ethernet adapter card (I350-T2) on PCIE 1 or 4.
3. Fix S4 resume issue.

02. Add Gigadevice 25Q64BSIG" SPI ROM support.
03. Fix Adjusted DRAM Frequency and XMP info incorrect issue when use XMP 3000 memory and if XMP 3000 profile is enabled then force run 2800.
04. Fix Adjusted DRAM Frequency incorrect issue when XMP is enabled and set different DRAM frequency.
