I want to use msi GTX1650 4GB GDDR6.

Mother:Z68A-GD65(B3)
BIOS:v25.9B3
OS:windows10 x64

Neither PSI slot recognizes Graphics Cards at all.
The fans aren't spinning either.
This model does not require an auxiliary power supply, but the fan turns when the auxiliary power supply is stabbed.
However, the OS does not boot in this state.
I tried cmos clear.

Does it works in another PC?
Do you have another card to try?

Neither PSI slot recognizes Graphics Cards at all.
The fans aren't spinning either.
The computer is booting, but the card is not dected,
or PC can't boot when the card installed?

I don't have a spare desktop.
I haven't used the graphics card for a while since the graphics card I used a long time ago broke.
After that, a clean installation of the OS is performed.

I dropped the driver from NVIDAI and tried to install it, but it ended with an error that the device could not be found.

So the computer is booting when the card is installed, is this correct?
But OS can't find the card?

At this point, if the problem isn't solved yet, I would bet that the GPU is dead.

sorry sir, My pc was broken.
I was on a business trip for a while, so I couldn't repair my PC and reply to you.

What I tried.
1. Start your PC without a graphics card.
→ Start without problems.

2. Start with a grabber.
→ It starts but does not recognize Graphics card.
I checked the device manager but it is not recognized .
Graphics card fans aren't spinning either.
Isn't it recognized by the BIOS?

3. Start by attaching an auxiliary power supply to the grabber.
→ Does not boot (does not display the BIOS screen)

I don't have a spare pc .
If Graphics card or MotherBoard PSI slot is broken, I can't check it right now.
