Hello.
The ethernet port from my z690 is not working. I have downloaded all the drivers from MSI page.
I have updated the bios too.

And now i cannot make the audio work, i mean, i have a 2+1 Logitech and i plugged into " Line in " but it does not work...
But on some headphones with USB works just fine.

Main Board: MSI MAG Z690 TOMAHAWK WIFI DDR4
Bios Version: 1.70 (the last update from MSI page)
Video Card: Palit GeForce RTX 3080 Ti
PSU brand and model: Seasonic Focus GX, 80+ Gold, 850W
CPU: Intel Alder Lake, Core i7 12700KF 3.6GHz
Memory: Kingston FURY Beast RGB 16GB DDR4 3600MHz
Operating System: Win10 Pro

Do you have them enabled in the BIOS?

The option from bios is enabled, yes.
The issue is that with the internet cable pugged in, it is not working, no light, no nothing.
I don't know how can i elaborate more.

«Line In» is not for this usage. Use Line Out/Front speaker out

lmao, it was next to the "Line in", a red jack port....
I was used with the location of the port and i put the jack in without giving too much thought xD
The Audio is working now.
Ethernet is still down...

Are you connected directly to your router? Or perhaps through a switch? Either - but especially the latter - may require a reboot.

Interestingly - and ominously - your board has the Intel I225-V NIC, which has been and continues to be a source of problems for many users in all three of its iterations.

PS Does it show up in device manager?

Make sure you are running the very latest version of 10, early version and that nic had issues.

Try the downloads here to get it working.

Intel® Network Adapter Driver for Windows® 10

Just the driver file is enough, just take the 32 or 64 bit version that you need.
This NIC is highly likely to have issues irrespective of Windows 10/11 version, as numerous frustrated users (myself included) can testify. ;)

Also, when i turn off the pc, there is a orange/yellowish light at the ethernet port.
When i reboot, the lights light up at the port, yellow and green but when i enter windows, nothing works

It appears that you have the B2 revision of the NIC (the "#2" in Device Manager).
And the B2 revision does not have a good track record.
Can you easily RMA/return the board and ask for one with the B3 revision? The catch being that the B3, too, is often reported as having problems, though less frequently than the B1/B2.
If you can easily RMA/return the board, perhaps you could buy one with a Realtek 2.5 Gb NIC - these are super stable.
