Please list all your hardware, exact models of everything.
Why do i keep asking this? Two things:
1) I don't even know your exact RAM model yet, and
2) It's possible that the freezes are not caused by your RAM. If you get freezes no matter what you try with the RAM, then maybe it's something else.

So we cannot continue until you tell me all your hardware in detail.

The Antec PSU, is it High Current Gamer Gold?
The G.Skill is the Trident Z5 RGB Kit 32GB, DDR5-6400, CL32-39-39-102?

Textorm BM5, i have never heard of that before. An unknown SSD brand is a bit suspicious to me, like all components that are not sold worldwide for some reason.
Sadly you cannot really test without that SSD, but it would be something worth testing.

What are the temperatures under load, and when do the freezes happen? Can you run HWinfo64 and show "Sensors" with all sensors expanded (click on the little <--> arrows on the bottom)? First let it run a bit while in idle, so the "minimum" baselines for the values are established. Then produce full CPU load with Cinebench R23. After the CPU temperatures have stabilized at the highest level (let it run for 10 mins), take a screenshot. This will show everything at once. Expand the columns of the sensors a bit so everything can be read.

@citay Yes it’s the High current gamer gold 850 . I just thought the event viewer could it help us to detect the problem??

Yes, you can check the event viewer (Windows protocols -> System) for any serious errors. Note that Windows sometimes logs certain errors like "Service Control Manager" which are not really severe, they happen on a lot of systems. But stuff like disk errors would be serious.

Then it's not a disk issue, at least not one that Windows is detecting. It could still be a faulty firmware of the SSD causing the freezes.
You are not always answering all my questions, so i'm afraid i will have to repeat them again:

What are the temperatures under load, and when do the freezes happen?

Can you run HWinfo64 and show "Sensors" with all sensors expanded (click on the little <--> arrows on the bottom)? First let it run a bit while in idle, so the "minimum" baselines for the values are established. Then produce full CPU load with Cinebench R23. After the CPU temperatures have stabilized at the highest level (let it run for 10 mins), take a screenshot. This will show everything at once. Expand the columns of the sensors a bit so everything can be read.

You can also read out the self-monitoring SMART values with CrystalDiskInfo.
In there under "Function" -> Advanced Feature -> Raw Values, select "10 [DEC]" to have human-readable values. You can then press CTRL-S to screenshot in there and attach the picture here.
