Hi,
The problem started months ago, one day suddenly motherboard went into a boot loop with code 55 and I could not see bios at all, and some maintenance stores tried to do something but to no end and it still had the same problem, but about one month ago when I tried to boot it again it showed me a black screen and a code 99 on bottom right of the screen and also on the debug code of mainboard. I used keyboard and mouse as well but to no end, because that is why mainly error 99 comes, right?
tried also 2 bios and still code 99.
I also got this 55 loop bios code years ago and one maintenance store tried to fix one of the bioses and the other was still corrupted when these problems happened.
I asked in a different forum and one said that I should flash the bios and do a bios update on corrupted bios, which I did not know how, since I read motherboard manual from official website and it did not instruct me how to flash the bios when it is corrupted and where is the flash button (is it cmos button?) and which usb port on the back panel is for flashing operation.
So I thought maybe problem arises from somewhere else I should be flashing it, so I come here for your help.
system specification is stated in signature, but about bios version im not very sure, but i can tell it is the last version from site before it was corrupted because of new gpu? and from what i remeber when i last updated bios years ago.

Have you tried a different keyboard and mouse and in different USB ports?
Have you done >>Clear CMOS Guide<< with power cord removed too?

tried a different keyboard and mouse, and different ports
I get nvidia corportations picture at first and then a black screen with code 99 in down right of the screen
did the guide, supposedly cleared cmos by pressing the clear button and waiting for 1 minute while ac cable is off through the whole operation.

Try again with barabone setup
Sorry for late response,
already did that, by removing gpu, leaving one ram in slot and still the same response I get from mb. Could it be an error from south bridge chip of motherboard? because I took it to one repair store in Mashhad in Iran and they said south bridge chip was problematic and at then I took the error code 55, but after a few months I left mb alone, but tried again and got error 99 and it gives me 99 image, before I did not get any image and it was on boot loop on code 55, but on 99 on screen right left down I get 99 and black screen. Did I do something wrong in barebone setup? I also disconnected case connectors, but cpu cooler still connected, and disconnected dvd-writer and also hdd, every sata port.
Thanks.

I hope not, though
I should admit I did some mining with it before that happened and it was on and on for long periods of time, like two months or one month constantly mining, they said south bridge chip could be burned out because of that.

another interesting fact is, when I install the video card, the picture of NVIDIA CORPORATIONS LTED and some other white sentences with a black background come into the screen. and then a totally black screen, which has never happened before ! and before code 99 comes around its switches into some other codes. do you think its got to do something with video card?

Could be, 99 code is associated with:

Console Output/Input devices/Console Initialization and
Load Option ROM (VGA, RAID, parallel ports, serial
ports……)
