z87 g45 gaming usb 3.0 problem

I got this weird thing upon updating bios to 1.9 using mflash. I notice that when connecting flash drive to usb 2.0 port when view in device manager it shows that it is connected to usb 3.0 extensive host controller, even mouse and keyboard connected to the usb 2.0 back panel. Help Pls!!

usb legacy enable
usb ehci enable
usb xhci enable

MSI Z87 g45 Gaming
Intel Core i7 4770k @4.2GHz
Sapphire R9 290 tri-x
Gskill Tridentx 2x8gb @2400MHz
Samsung 840 evo 250GB SSD
WD Black 1TB
Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit

Have you clear CMOS yet?
This problem won't happen with bios 1.8?

Could you provide the photo where the device manager shows usb 3.0?
My usb 3.0 extensive host controller in device manager will always shows, no matter I plug USB device or not.

you mean you try to flash back to bios 1.8 using Flash bios + ME but still problems persist??

You can flash back to the previous BIOS and check again.
I think it's normal to show like that under device manager since they might have the same USB controller in Z87 chipset.

Yeah i did Flash BIOS bios + me is That the right thing to do? My bios is now 1.7 usb 2.0 ports now showing on the right device. But i get this odd view again pci bus port 0 device 22
