I'm currently planning on buying one of those motherboards by next month, but I'm a bit curious if there are any major differences between the two. The only main ones I could find is first obviously the looks, and second is that the Gaming 5 has a M.2 port. Looking through each product respective website, I noticed that on the Gaming 5 has some different audio stuff, Guard-Pro and XSplit. Is the audio on the Gaming 5 any better than on the G45? The G45 is quite a bit cheaper on my store, and unless the audio on the Gaming 5 is better, I don't see a reason to pay more for just an M.2 port and a new visual. For reference, I'm going to use a HyperX Cloud with it, not sure if that makes a difference. I just researched a bit and found out that the audio is actually better on motherboards with dedicated amplifiers, and even though both are, I'm not sure if there is actually any difference between them.
