z97 gaming 5 MB crashes when inserting or taking out usb wifi

hey guys,

so I just bought this z97 gaming 5 MB a couple weeks ago and windows crashes (blue screen) when inserting or taking out my wifi usb adapter. ive checked the adaptor, works fine on other computers. then I thought that maybe the Mb was shorting out or something but I can unplug and replug any usb device I want and no crash. its just this specific device. I can include the dump file if anyone eeds it cuz  I don't know how to make sense of it.

When plug in a particular USB port or all ports the same? What's the wifi USB device exactly? What's the code of the blue screen?

its just this particular device. its a netgear wna1100 wifi adaptor. it does it in all the usb ports. I can plug in and un-plug any usb device I want but if I even unplug the wifi adaptor my computer crashes. the blue screen only lasts for a second before the system restarts so I cant tell u what it says. I do have the dump files that windows stores on file if that will help.

Are you 'safely removing' the device within Windows before physically removing the device?

Yeah show the dump file would be great. Does the wifi adapter work if you just don't plug/unplug it?
