I have a question about using PCI expansion NiC, I get tihis strange "error"... The mobo is a old MSI Z97 Gaming, intel 4590 CPU.
Does anyone have experience with this NiC (Broadcom BCM5719-4P) card and MSI motherboard settings, is this combination limited by lanes or something!?
I get it to post with 2 DIMM inserted, but not with all 4, error code on mobo is 55. (if I change PCI settings in BIOS I get different numbers if I change the PCI port I use)
What could it be limiting the amount of memory sticks inserted?
I tried all the settings in the BIOS (I think) and can't get it to post with 4 DIMM, 1 or 2 DIMM's works fine.
Anyone have experience with this?
