Z97 Gaming Wakes From Power Off

I just built a PC for my wife with the Z97 Gaming MB.  The BIOS is configured exactly like my other Z87 and Z97 MBs.  It exits Sleep just fine.  However, when the PC is shut down, it will power on randomly or when the mouse/keyboard is used.  WOL is disabled.  My other PC's do not do this.

I'm at a loss.  Any suggestions?

Which OS you are using?
Try clear CMOS and set the BIOS settings to default.

Also you can check the BIOS setting
>> Advanced
>> Wake up event setup
>> Disable the wake up device you don't need.

Over and above disabling the wake up devices, I suspect your Humidity Protection may be starting the PC randomly. That's what its meant to do for those that enable it.
Dont know what software you all loaded, but if you installed all the utilities, then that will be part of one of them.

I'm running Windows 7 x64 on all my machines.  I don't see anything about humidity protection in the bios or software.  I usually don't install the MSI utilities.

I'll check bios setup tomorrow and power settings in the OS to see if I missed anything.
