Thank u Svet, I have read many articles said that in order to oc the g3258, theres a bios updated needed as well as mb bricked after bios updated. On the msi official website z97 m gaming cpu support, it said g3258 combability is 7919v11, mine is 1.0, so can u plz make a compressed file for me or add it to your "bioses'?  :) :)

if you are going to update your BIOS, go for the latest version

use attached bios archive and those flash instructions:

Follow the below:

>>Use the MSI HQ Forum USB flasher<<
A.) Download the attached archive and place it on your desktop. Do not decompress.
B.) Download and install the Forum flash tool.
C.) Insert your FAT32 formatted usb stick.
D.) Make sure that all win 8 options are disabled. (Fast Boot etc) Also make sure the legacy USB is enabled.
E.) Start the forum flash tool and select option 1. Then point the tool at the compressed archive we downloaded earlier. Then to your USB Flash Drive.
F.) Now follow the directions and let the tool flash bios with 1.4
G.) After flashing reinstall ME drivers in Windows: http://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/intel_me10_mb.zip

Hey Svet, I have tried clear cmos, but it doesn't work, but I found a very interesting thing, I plugged a xbox 360 controller in it. In windows, there's no green light, but, when I get into the bios, its blinking, wow. It actually has power!! but u just cant use it in windows, that means in windows its dead. I don't know whats wrong with it.

Hey Svet, now I succeeded to power on that usb3.0. Its a driver problem, I downloaded ASM104x usb3.0 host controller driver, not it works perfect now :). Never ever again use the OEM driver.
