Yes it is a shame, I do have a well equipped lab at work, where we could look into it,  but space and time is tight at the moment, besides if you bought a new car you wouldn't expect to get it on the ramp and fix it the same day

Hopefully Ebuyer will be swift about it.

Hi guys/gals

Just a little update on my Krait motjherboard issue.

I took it to work and had a look at the CPU socket under the microscope and found two pins out of alignment.
Pushed these back with a scalpel and all seems well so far.

I used memtest86 to soak it for a while and its good so far.

Windows 7 went onto the SSD without any issues.

we are Happy now
