msi suprim 5090 and nvidia 5090 FE,Some 5090 graphics cards do not have the zero fan function at idle. Strictly speaking, the zero fan function works, but sometimes the fan runs at 30% speed. This did not happen with the 4000 series graphics cards. Please fix this quickly. This has been the case since version 572.16.

Did you disable Zero Frozr? I think you need to keep it as Enable so it works with afterburner.
Suprim 5090 must have Zero Frozr function, better check in MSI Center.

It was on .. but it seems "Fan Control".. the Third party software is not quit working in the same way as with the Suprim 4080super in this system... so... I will try running Zero Frozr with "Fan Control" off and see what happens in games

Ok just running MSI Center and Frozr on.. Still Fans are running 1000rpm max wit around 60C so about 30%.. Very Strange!!!???

30% around 60 degree C is about normal. If you wanna test it, use finger to force stop the fan (it won't kill the fan, no worry), and run furmark. when GPU temp goes up, you can see fan % in afterburner actually goes up (fan rpm stays 0 though cuz it's not spinning).
