Might try increasing the power limit settings.

Have a look in UEFI/BIOS OC Section, sub menu CPU Features, what are all the settings in there set to? Any settings show '0'? Try setting all the power limits to 200-250.

When EIST is enabled, the other settings will show up in the sub menu. Disable EuP 2013 (in the Eco Section), disable Overspeed Protection, set Package C-State to No Limit.

Right, EIST needs to be enabled for Turbo to work. You can experiment with the Phase Control settings. Try disabled, SVID or APS. CPU V. on Auto?

I like to do all any changes and related things in the actual UEFI/BIOS itself, not in a Windows environment. Not all mainboards have it named the same or offer the exact choices I had mentioned, but you will find the Phase Control items in the Eco Section of the UEFI/BIOS.

Eup 2013 (Disabled)
CPU Phase Control (auto)
CPU I/O Phase Control (auto)
DDR CH_A/B Phase Control (auto)
DDR CH_C/D Phase Control (auto)
C1E Support (disabled)
Intel C-State (enabled)
Package C State limit (no limit)

Enhanched Turbo (enable)

Hello i managed to do some changes but nothing gonna change. This motherboard sets Intel turbo boost2 off when u have disabled Eist.
I wonder if this is happening with the x79A gd65 for example or with a non Msi board

To the best of my knowledge, once EIST is disabled, Turbo is gone regardless of the mainboard make or model.

Then i must use EIST but this can harm my computer over the time?. Because i think the cpu don't get stable voltages with EIST on or not?

When i listen music and i open Clickonbios or controlcenter the sound freezes for 1-2sec is this normal also ?

EIST enabled will not harm your pc. You could remove ClickBIOS and test, if no sound freeze, then the application that causes it has been found. If still have the freeze, reinstall ClickBIOS and remove CC and test again. Process of elimination.
