Can you explain better what the problem is, as "does not seem to work" is far too vague a problem description?

Hi

My problem is that my device id USB\VID_2207&PID_0000&MI

which is not in the driver but if I add it to the inf then it installs and says device could not start

hope this helps a little more

Sorry, but I still have no clue as to what you're trying to achieve and what the problem actually is.

What do you mean exactly by this?

What device do you actually have? Enjoy 7 and Enjoy 7 Plus are two different models.

The USB driver is only for the Enjoy 7 Plus, and is only for updating the firmware to upgrade Android to 4.0.

 You can post drivers don't work again and again but still we have no clue what the hell your problem exactly is. Instead of the bunch of ! better tell what driver for what does not work and what you are trying to do. The next post of this kind will simply be deleted.

Ok I will do this in baby steps now.

1. connect MSI ENJOY 7 PLUS to the computers USB with the supplied cable
2. Windows 7 detects a new device
3. Windows could not find drives
4. Download USB drivers from MSI Enjoy 7 plus website
5. Windows could not detect the driver
6. Right click on Computer
7. Click on Device Manager
8. I now see the device Enjoy with and exclamation mark
9. Right click on Enjoy
10. Click on update driver
11. point windows to the driver folder that was downloaded and unziped
12. Windows could not find a driver

Problem signature:
  Problem Event Name:   PnPDriverNotFound
  Architecture:   x86
  Hardware Id:   USB\VID_2207&PID_0000&REV_0222&MI_01
  OS Version:   6.0.6002.2.2.0.768.2
  Locale ID:   1033

So now I can not sync my Tablet to my PC or firmware updates cause I dont have drivers
with out drivers I cant do a rom recovery if this Tablet stops working just Like my MSI Enjoy7 (not plus)

I own both of the MSI ENJOY 7 and the MSI ENJOY 7 PLUS
I have no problem with my ENJOY 7 drivers work well but the ENJOY 7 Plus drivers dont work
and IF you open the ENJOY 7 Plus driver their is NO Device ID for the NEW Enjoy 7 Plus only for the OLD ENJOY 7

Hope this shine a light on my problem now

EDIT: I have solved my problem I downloaded the  Android WinUsb driver edit the .inf file and added %CompositeAdbInterface%     = USB_Install, USB\VID_2207&PID_0000&REV_0222&MI_01 to it and now CompositeAdbInterface works  Enjoy 7 plus firmware updated, recovery works, sync and .........

Hi

I am having the same driver problem as mentioned above.
I have a Enjoy 7 Plus and also have a separate PC running Win7 32bit.

I want to up date the firmware on the Enjoy 7 Plus, so I went to the driver download section on the product page.
As far as i understand, one must first install the device driver (on Win7 pc) before you can update the firmware? Is this correct?
Under the driver sections for the Enjoy 7 Plus, there are two downloads available.

1. enjoy10plus_poweroff_al00.zip
2. enjoy10plus_usb.zip

For option 1. it says under description
"Install this driver before starting firmware updating. Please read the manual included in the zipped file."

Ok so then I did what the manual says, however, Win7 32bit does not accept the driver file provided.
Desktop\Rock_USB_Drv\x86\win7

With the regards to the above i have two questions:

1. How do i install updated firmware for the Enjoy 7 Plus? The product page indicates that I must first install the usb driver for my Win7 32bit PC? I can't do this though because it doesnt work?

2. Why is the driver called "enjoy10plus_poweroff_al00.zip"? Does this mean its only for the Enjoy 10 Plus? Or is it also suppose to be compatible with the Enjoy 7 Plus?

Any details on how I should go about updating the firmware for the Enjoy 7 Plus will be very much appreciated!
This doesn't seem to be documented anywhere.

Thanks so much!

I had the same problem and spyral-rsa suggestion of editing the .inf file solved the issue. The .inf file I downloaded from the msi web page had the following:

Quote
;MSI WindPad
%SingleAdbInterface%        = USB_Install, USB\VID_1462&PID_10B9
%CompositeAdbInterface%     = USB_Install, USB\VID_1462&PID_10B9&REV_0222&MI_01

that didn't work form me because my enjoy 7 plus had: USB\VID_2207&PID_0000&REV_0222&MI_01

So i copied the above part and modified it so that included my hardware:

Quote
;MSI WindPad Enjoy 7 plus
%SingleAdbInterface%        = USB_Install, USB\VID_2207&PID_0000
%CompositeAdbInterface%     = USB_Install, USB\VID_2207&PID_0000&REV_0222&MI_01

saved the file, updated de drivers in the device manager and presto! now my pc recognizes the tablet and we are good to go.

Guys!! Dont update the firmware to the one on MSI website for Enjoy 7 Plus..... you will end with an overlayed screen (like me and many other!)

Hi deux, I try to follow your instructions, but the driver don't install. It complains about some hash in the catalog. I assume it refers to the file androidwinusb86.cat

Any Help?
Thanks
