ZH77A G43 usb3 write slow

o.s win7 home premium sp1
the stick is verbatim store and go 16 gb and is correctly recognized

i have tested with Crystal Disk
read speed is 80 mb/sec
but write speed is only 11mb/sec

the bios is update to 1.7 version

Have you installed / re-installed all of the most recent drivers from here: http://www.msi.com/product/mb/ZH77A-G43.html#/?div=Driver&os=Win7%2064

i have reinstalled only Intel USB3.0 Driver

Did you not install all the drivers for the MB ?  If not, you should.
Then you should also check with another USB3 device or test that USB3 device on another machine with USB3 to check if there is a difference.

i have tested before of this , pen drive dataTraveler 111 16gb but with the same result, i have now also installed the new chipset driver and  Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver for 7x series , but nothing is changed

I will urge you to test it again on another machine with USB3 to see if it performs any different. Same test you used here.
You may want to inspect these tests and compare.

Depending on the file sizes used, even Verbatim only claims 60/12
