Hey MSI Mods / Techs, can you confirm this is correct for me please? Thanks.  :)

MAX-Version has 20 Digital Phase (600W+ CPU Power), Non-Max version has 16 Digital Phase (480W+ CPU Power)

The MAX version includes a display port, but the non-MAX version has TPM/Bitlocker, not sure if that's a typing error though on the MSI website. Also the MAX has 1 x USB 3.0 Bracket

The boards have the same features except from the increased number of phases and the extra USB 3 header on the MAX version.

The MAX version also has different circuit layout (not quite important) and extra audio filtering on the sound front header (see those 2 capacitors next to the header?). If you use the front header for audio output (headphones and such) then it's a plus.

Thanks, for the sake of £20 people may as well opt for the MAX version, unless money is tight.

From the looks of the BIOS, it seems this time MSI have implemented voltage offset, as well as the usual Vdroop offset, good to see.

Yeah, starting from the FM2 AMD boards and the 8 series Intel boards MSI started using digital PWMs on some of their boards, thus making offset voltage control possible.
