MSI 990FXA-GD80 with ff debug code

Hello,
First wrong things i did is: i'm using windows 7 x64 and i tried to upgrade bios.
but now i need solution.

my pc config:
win7 x64
4+4+4+4=16gb ram
AMD 8350
MSI 990FXA-GD80

what i did:
i download the lates bios "7640vD4.zip"
extract it to a fat32 pendrive.
[i controlling it from another pc via team viewer. bcoz i have no monitor with this pc.]
upgrading started.
teamviewer stucked. i cant remember exactly what i did. but now my condition is:
when i start my pc instantly ff debug code is showing.
i cleared cmos.

how could i proceed?

try leave 1 memory stick only in 1st DIMM near to CPU,
see if can boot

place original bios file over FAT/FAT32 formatted USB key
and see if BIOS can be recovered
