Hello everyone,

I recieved today my order for a brand new pc: MSI Nightblade B85-019XEU it came along without an DvD player and/or Windows?

Ok no problem i thought, as i have already installed windows on my ssd.. so i was like ill plug my ssd hdd into my new pc and it should had started up.. but nope?

I'm getting everytime an EFI shell screen which i can't do more then type help or reset as it won't do much more then that?

How can i make my brand new pc run with my ssd? or how can i install windows via an usb?

i can't find any solution on google or whatsover and i wanne run my brand new pc as soon as possible... trying to figure out an solution for hours already.. and starting to get sad that i might choosen the wrong pc :confused2:

i used to build my own gaming pc's before with no problems but this is brand new to me..

please i need some more information on how to.

Thanks!

it comes without OS [OS less]

see here for guides how you can install OS[Win8/Win7] in UEFI mode from USB key:

After struggling for like 5hrs average, using this forum to search for an solution or google i did managed to figure out how to install windows on my brand new pc and finally i succeeded.

As this pc came along with no os and no dvd-drive (with dvd drive it was no problem..) i never tryed a bootable flash usb drive but im a experience richer :-)

My "problem" is solved.

if in the future you can make a USB drive to install the OS from its way faster like 2x or more and is way better! (DVD drives are slow as can get so it takes much longer then it needs to!)
