Failure to Boot
« on: 20-May-15, 11:52:33 »

Hello, i bought an MSI A68HM-E33 Mobo with an A4 6320 APU for a friend of mine, however it's randomly failing to boot, it gives out a long beep and 2 short ones and the screen shows Hardware Monitor Protocol was not loaded, Status = Not Found- HWM Protocol load fail before it freezes just like that, this only happens at times and it's incredibly confusing, since my friend is not tech savvy at all i can't give it to him like this, what can i do to fix the issue?

Same happened here on the same motherboard (v2).  CPU 7480 AMD - ram Kingston 1866 8gb
Message was cut on scree but what I could read was

States Extern Load FailureHardware_MonitorProtocol was not loaded , Status#Not Found
HWM Protocol load fail

I've never seen that error before in any motherboard.

Hi

No need to resurrect old thread. >>Please read and comply with the Forum Rules.<<
Open own thread and provide full system spec. >>Posting Guide<<

Errors are red, My screen is blue .I think I deleted, System32.
99% of issues would be solved if people would read the manual first.
