Z97 Gaming 5 with GTX 960 and GTX 650 - no display
« on: 22-November-15, 22:11:06 »

When I use the Z97 Gaming 5 with only the GTX960, I get a video signal to monitor (from the GTX960), but when I add the GTX960 to second (middle) PCIe x16 slot, I no longer get a video signal to my monitor (from the GTX960, GTX650, or onboard vid).

MSI Z97 Gaming 5
Intel i5-4690k
G. Skill Ripjaws X DDR3-1600 8GBx2
Samsung 850 Pro 128gb
EVGA GTX 960 FTW
[EVGA GTX 650]
EVGA 750 G2 power supply

Can I not use two different graphics cards with this motherboard?  I've never had a problem with other motherboards...

Edit: Guess I didn't have the GTX 650 seated all the way.  Never had a problem with other installs, but had a problem with one stick of RAM and the GTX650.  Weird.  Oh well.  Everything works now.
