Z170 Gaming M5 Power Options problem

Hi Users

my problem starting command center update 2.0.0.21

MB Bios : 1.6
OSX : win x64 1511
CPU : 6700K
VGA : 780TI SC

Windows Power saver options not work correctly cpu speed always max,can't underclok,voltage

Bios options "eist,c-state" enable or disable not effective

Did you check your bios?
it seems like that you turn on the "Game boost".
Turn off it, and CPU speed would be automatically adjusted.

check which power profile from control panel you are using, and switch to balanced
