Information Update(Date: 2016/7/24)

Dear valued customer,

We have been receiving several reports of TDR problem at our gaming notebooks especially with GT80 2Qx Titan series(MS-1812). Users may see a pop-up message like the following: "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered. Display driver NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode driver, Version XXX.XX stopped responding and has successfully recovered." after a display blackout. Now the BETA BIOS has been replaced with official version E1812IMS.11C, please visit MSI official website and download the BIOS directly from there or download the file attached to this post.

How to update BIOS. Check here.

As there might be other factors cause such problem, here we offer two FAQs for our customers and hope they can be a way out for you. We will strive no efforts to make our products to be the most reliable laptops. Thank you!
