I had exact same problem, just with different motherboard. I have MSI 970 Gaming AM3+ board. I tried every method available over the Internet, but nothing help - CMOS reset, put bios on usb drive and try to boot with Ctrl+Home thing, everything.

Had to send my mobo to service centre, took them 2 weeks including shipping time to flash my mobo bios.

My initial issue was with motherboard RAM slots being too tight from the start and RAM didn't go completely inside for something less than a millimetre - something you cannot notice with your eye. So I put the RAM in usual way just gently press until it snaps into slots, but that was not enough. After several minutes of operation it was simply causing RAM issues and black screen - that is what happened during my BIOS update and much likely happened to you. Even after service centre I got black screen again and was like 'what the hell' - then I've connected my PC-speaker and got beeping which means RAM failure on AMI BIOS. So I have fixed it just by applying more pressure on my RAM sticks - literally push it hard inside with both thumbs. After that I don't have any issues with my mobo.

Hope this might give you an idea what to check and maybe RAM slots are causing issues in your case as well.

in a case that you have a bad flash,[say the flash process was interupted]
you can place your old BIOS file[before the update attempt, you can download it from MSI web page]
and then to follow those instructions to recover it:
https://service.msicomputer.com/msi_user/support/techfaqdetail.aspx?formid=3046

we don't know if you have a bad flash or not, since you didn't watched the flashing process.
if this doesn't helps, then you have to swap a parts if you have, like CPU /memory,
else to RMA the board.

Components are efficient because they work before updating the bios . I have uploaded the file on the flash drive but still a black screen.

Yes i know, but that's not my point.
My point is that the new BIOS don't like some of them, therefor you end to this issue.
