How can i change D:\ fron FAT32 to NTFS without erase it?

Normally you can't as you would need to reformat the drive which erases all data. You can try EaseUS Partion Master which should do what you want to preserve data. Read about it and dowload the software here" >> EaseUS <<
 I used that software years ago and it worked pretty good for what I needed.
