MSI MI2 Nightblade help
« on: 12-February-18, 15:42:30 »

Hi All

My Nightblade MI2 i have had for a couple years now and i love it, or i did love it until i moved house and re-connected everything did a few updates and now the bandwidth has dropped drastically to about 1-2 from a healthy 45-50 of which i have tried the connection next to my PC on a mac and a tablet and both getting the healthy test with my Nightblade getting crappy results?

I have read up on AMD Quick Stream and disabled all my firewalls etc and run anti virus/malware programs with no hits on them at all!

I really am stuck... I'mnot overly clued up on all the lingo for the computing side so i don't really want to go closing processes down like SearchUI or svchost etc without knowing what they are?

I can screenshot places if needed?

Please can someone help though as i can't game on my purely gaming driven PC

bandwidth?
Is mean wifi or on board LAN?

Please provide some information as below to us for this system you used:
1. Serial number on the back cover and on the box.
It is SOP how to check it as below link:
http://www.msi.com/page/warranty
2. The number:9S6-xxxx-xxx that you can find it on the box.

Hi Yang thanks for your response, I will get hold of the serial code, although I do not have the box any more!

Also I was referring to wi-fi, apologies for not specifying.

I ave changed a few settings on my pC, I have disabled the windows Auto-tuning and disabled the Network adapter Big Send Off-Load and this seems to push it up a little bit but still no where near what it should be?!

Please check one sticker under this system.
It should be "MSB090xxxxxxxxxx".
