I am not sure if I am posting in the wrong thread because I am new to the MSI Forums but will the MSI B350M Gaming Pro motherboard support the new Ryzen 3 2200g out of the box without a BIOS update? Im going to use this board and CPU for my very first PC build.

The motherboard may need a BIOS update in order to recognize the CPU. If there's a 'Ryzen 2000 ready' sticker on the box, that BIOS revision has already been applied and will work out of the box. If it's not compatible out of the Box with that board or any other similar board, then you need a compatible processor to update the BIOS of that board to accommodate those new AMD G series processors.
There are three different workarounds on that matter.
