EZ debug leds
« on: 13-March-18, 11:19:38 »

I have purchased the MSI Z370 Krait Gaming motherboard along with i5 8600k and Corsair Desktop RAM Vengeance LPX 16GB Kit 3200MHz. I already had GeForce GTX1070 8GB Gaming X, Soundblaster Z and Corsair HX1000 PSU from my previous built. I did clean windows install on SSD 850 EVO 2.5" SATA III 250GB and updates all motherboard drivers, apps and motherboard bios even.

My problem is than once i hit tower's power button, all devices start but the EZ debug leds stop checking at RAM and turn off without continuing and still PC is on but not booting. It only starts booting after i press tower's reset button which in this case EZ debug leds do all the checking and system starts Windows 10.

It's been a week since completing my desktop, i have tried everything, even changing the cables of power/reset just to see if it was the cables' problem but to no end.

Any thoughts?

Hello,
What is your bios version?
Have you already done a clear CMOS then load default bios values when asked during next boot (if not asked, the clear has not worked so retry)? If not, do it. If yes, enter in bios setup (press <DEL> when bios splash screen displays), press <F6> (load defaults) then <F10> (save changes). Change nothing in bios and try; does the problem remains?
Good luck,
:-)

Turned out to be a faulty MB battery. Replaced it, reset CMOS and verything played out smoothly.

Thx for the reply.
