MSI X370 Gaming Pro Smart mode fans failure

Hello.
After upgrade to latest bios 7A33v4B my smart fan profile work very strength. fan1,fan2,fan4 work low and high speed as relative to the temperature of the processor.
If CPU temp is 47 my fan1, fan2, fan4 run to low, but when cpu temp is like 57 all fans make to go up...
I think something is wrong with Bios smart fan profile. all older bios work fine with my smart fan profile.
The motherboard temp is always at 47.

after upgrades
1) R5 1600 to R7 2700X
2) BIOS 1.90 to 1.G0
my fans did not seem to behave in accordance with the BIOS settings
There are large differences in temperatures reported by HWMonitor, HWiNFO64, EVGA Flow Control. I could not determine what temperature sensors where beings used by the fan speed control.
Then I learned more about Ryzen temps (see attachment)
I went into BIOS and moved all my fan curves out about 11 degrees. If old setting was 50% at  50C, I made it 50% at 61C. And so forth through all settings.
I have not seen any adverse affects other than accepting sensor readings in the 40C's when BIOS reports readings in the 30C's.
My PC is back to my "normal" level of fan noise and oscillations.

My experience is based on my specific hardware and software installations. Perhaps my information can give you some things to try.

HWiNFO64 shows the two temps with a 10C offset.
I have no idea what happens in BIOS that allows the lower temperature to show in the heading and on the fan curve charts, but the moment the machine moves to the OS, apparently, other factors apply.
My solution needs monitoring at each change in BIOS and Windows updates. Because if this is corrected, then my fans will come on too LATE. hahahah....dang
